1. Global & Domestic Shipping
Domestic (Standard): 3-5 business days.
International (Express): 7-14 business days (depending on customs processing).
White Glove Delivery: For high-value items like grand pianos or sensitive studio consoles, we offer specialized handling and setup services.
2. Specialized Musical Gear Packaging
Instruments require more than just a box. Our Pro-Guard Packaging system includes:

Orders over $200: Free standard shipping (applicable to most regions).
Orders under $150: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Oversized Items: Fixed freight rates apply to heavy equipment (e.g., drum kits, large amplifiers).
4. Real-Time Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email containing:
A direct tracking link.
Estimated arrival date.
Carrier contact information.
Note: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to go live.
5. Handling & Processing Time
In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 24-48 hours.
Pre-Launch/Back-Orders: Shipping dates are specified on the product page.
Technical Inspection: Every instrument undergoes a final setup and tuning check by our technicians before being packed, which is included in the processing time.
6. Important Considerations
Signature Required: To ensure the safety of your high-value equipment, all Syntrix Music deliveries require a signature upon arrival.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged Goods: In the rare event that your gear arrives with shipping damage, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact our “Concierge Support” within 24 hours.
